News, events and updates.
Another excellent Becky clinic just gone and we are hoping that we can get her to come up monthly which is brilliant-one of the aims of CRESS was to establish regular, classical tuition so it’s great that we are able to do that. At CRESS run clinics we also subsidise lessons for members as much as we can and all CRESS events will have the prefix ‘CE’ on calendar entries.
There are some new events added to the diary so please check them out. In particular I’d like to point out the Sylvia Stanier clinic in Shropshire (click to enlarge)

and the Optimising Equine Performance Day Seminar at the Scottish National Equestrian Centre in November. Tickets are £30, include lunch with proceeds going to the Equine Grass Sickness Fund and World Horse Welfare.
Also Pedro Neves is a regular clinician down in Morpeth-there will be an October date (TBA). Pedro is a member of the Portuguese Traditional Equitation School and competes regularly at a high level of working equitation. contact armitagevicky@hotmail.com to be kept up to date.

The Classical Riding Club’s 15th Anniversary Event, 11th July 2010
To celebrate the CRC’s 15th anniversary a special event has been organised for the 11th July at Myerscough College in Lancashire. Three of our top classical trainers will be showing their techniques with different horses-Sylvia Loch, Heather Moffett and Mary Wanless. This should be a fantastic day and learning experience. Please see the CRC for more details.
